Since the change of management/maintenance, has taken place, Willow Glen, does not seem as sunny nor is thee attention to detail as prevalent, it is now just a corporation. The rent is constantly being increased with nothing to show for it (no upgrades). This is an older apartment complex. The last price increase was beyond ridiculous. I've spoken with other residents and the price increases are all different. We need a second dumpster, for thee amount of residences residing here, because the constant overflow of garbage due to having only one dumpster is extremely unsightly and very unsanitary. I am so disappointed with the changes. I love my apartment, I've been here 8 years, but I feel like I'm being pushed out. I know that if I move out, they can start from scratch and charge an even more ridiculous amount a month.

Beautiful room staff is very helpful

Chauncey is always polite and respectful when he comes into our home. He was able to quickly fix the problem and I appreciate him being friendly to our puppy.

I just signed my 6th lease, love my apartment. It is close to the beach, and not too far from downtown or shopping. The complex is safe and well kept. The staff and maintenence are knowledgeable, approachable, and go out of their way to be helpful, especially Elizabeth!. They plan many community events throughout the year, which helped me to meet many of my amazing neighbors. Love the pool, never used the gym or dog park, but I hear they are nice! I highly recommend Willow Glen Apartments.

Been here a few years now, I love the location, scenery and maintenance is great. I will say, the only thing that really *really* makes me want to move is how loud the outdoor fans are… I’m on the 3rd floor and they’ll literally keep me from sleeping sometimes, had to get ear plugs so I could get good sleep again. I’ve mentioned this to them, nothing was done (I wasn’t expecting it to). I’ve never had this problem anywhere else and this is the most expensive place I’ve lived yet. Also good information imo to know if you’re interested in WG but are a light sleeper.

I met with Jaleesa today and she was absolutely wonderful to work with. She answered all of my questions and was clearly very experienced.

Willow Glen is great! I just moved here in May and I am very pleased with my choice. I lived out of state and did all of my paperwork virtually - with the help of Jennifer and Jalissa. They made sure I had everything I needed and answered all of my 1 million questions (I am annoying) and calls in the meantime in-between time. They both are very nice, easy to talk too and very helpful. I was happy to know that these are the women who manage our community and who I get to engage with! Move-In: I had not seen the unit in person until I moved-in almost 3 weeks later. I am a bit OCD and was concerned about what the unit would look like sight unseen. My expectations were surpassed. The unit was so CLEAN (that is very important to me), the carpet was new and the walls freshly painted. I had planned to clean before I moved my things in, but did not have too and that was a big win - but also speaks to the attention to detail of management/maintenance. Current: Today I had a massive palmetto bug in my apartment. I DO NOT (unless I absolutely have too) do bugs. *I would also like to say I have had no other issues with bugs this was an isolated incident.* I saw Adam from maintenance (while on lunch BTW) and asked if he could help me get this bug OUT! He kindly obliged me and came up to my unit right away and got the bug out. I know it is a small gesture, but I do appreciate that he said yes and helped. That means a lot and goes a long way. I do not have a lot of time invested into Willow Glen just yet, but so far, my experience all around has been very positive and I am glad that I chose to live here. ALSO, the location is bomb - so you cant beat it!
